Selling my home and buying a new one was a very challenging and stressful task, taking place in a very difficult time in my life. Pam handled the challenges with professionalism and was very patient and polite the entire time. I never felt rushed or hurried. I know next to nothing about real estate sales/buying and Pam understood that and did an amazing job explaining things to me so that I could understand, ensuring I had all the facts before making any decisions. Pam was extremely efficient and thorough in the marketing and communications aspects of selling my home. I was very impressed with how much effort she put into getting news of my home sale out there - she is very progressive and relevant in her methods, utilizing multiple social media sites and organizing private broker viewings of my home, separate from the 3 open houses she held. Pam was in contact almost daily with me during the entire process, and sometimes multiple times per day to ensure I received important info timely. She was very polite and knowledgeable with myself and my family as well as with open house visitors and other prospective buyers. I would 100% trust Pam to see my home again and/or to help me find a new one, if the need should arise in the future. I have and will continue to refer the Libby-Starnes team to any and all of my friends and family who are considering selling or buying their home.
